The backbone of our business are the brilliant designers, retailers and showrooms that help make their client's dreams come true -- so if you are a bick and mortar or an online retailer with a valid resale certificate (where required), we invite you to join our wholesale program -- available as well for many of our one of a kind pieces, ensuring your clients a selection of truly unique items that will keep them coming back again and again. 

If qualified, you will receive wholesale pricing that vary by vendor off the retail price, and there is a $225 minimum order to access our wholesale program once you've been approved! Application Process

Once your application has been submitted with the appropriate documentation, (see below), you will receive an email once approved. 

  • W9, Federal ID form, EIN number
  • Resale or Sales Tax Certificate

Opening Orders

A kanju Sales Representative will help tailor an opening order that makes sense in your store and fits your individual needs. Although there is no set minimum, for an opening order to qualify for wholesale pricing it should represent the products well and be healthy enough to show impact and excitement for your new line.

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any preorders placed in conjunction with one of kanju’s seasonal stock buys, 2 -4 times a year.

Payment

Due to the custom nature of our products, a deposit is required prior to items being put into production and full payment is due before order is dispatched. 

Order Changes

Due to processing time & inventory availability, we cannot grantee to honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it. Any variation to any order must be agreed to in writing. The total price may alter as a result of any variation and Buyer agrees to pay any increase.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We will inform you of availability upon ordering. If ordering products from existing stock, please allow 2-4 weeks for the processing and delivery of your order. We will attempt to better these times whenever possible. If a quick turnaround time is needed, please advise and we will assess viability. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you promptly after your order is submitted and advise on their pending availability.

Due to the fact that our products are handmade and produced overseas in countries that can face infrastructure challenges, please be aware that we have select stock quantities on some items.

Returns

We strongly back the quality of our products. Exchanges and refunds are available if a product has a quality issue, and it will be replaced. We are familiar with which items suit various clienteles and are the best sellers, and we would be very happy to assist you to ensure best choices.

Nature Of Handmade Products

Our products are handmade; all products are subject to slight variation in color, shape, dimension, and texture, and as such, these variations are assets of the handmade aesthetic and do not constitute quality issues.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. International orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Backorders

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us

Third Party Sites

All approved kanju Interiors wholesale accounts are permitted to sell kanju products on their privately-hosted website and in their brick and mortar store only, unless otherwise noted. Resellers are not permitted to sell kanju products on third-party e-commerce sites, including (but not limited to) Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Walmart.com, etc. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in termination of the wholesale account
